Yes! Cümulo is 100% hemp-derived and contains less than the federal limit of 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. In 2018, the Agricultural Improvement Act (a.k.a. Farm Bill) was signed into law, removing hemp defined as cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with less than 0.3% delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis, from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA).
